For the past four years, I can proudly say the media room has been my second home. I have enjoyed every moment I’ve spent there: learning, growing, and even a bit of winning. The team has embraced every small fault of anyone who walks in the door. We are all a unique breed and I can’t wait to see what this team will do in the future. From the first hello to the last goodbye this team will be my second family. I have truly enjoyed learning about photography and continuing to grow as a photographer over the past four years. The art is what originally brought me to join and love photography, but the lessons I’ve learned and the relationships that have blossomed from it are what I’m truly grateful for.

I would like to foremost thank Mrs. Kidder for everything she has done for me. You have taught me to be the best version of myself in every aspect of life. You have pushed me to show my greatest potential in photography and as a human being. I will forever thank you for your passion for teaching students to be the best they can be. Thank you for always being there when we just need to rant or talk about life. Thank you for the rock, the glue, and the whole shebang for your media students. There are not enough words to express the gratitude we have for you.

I would like to thank the Jagua Media Team, for the support around each branch is remarkable. I have loved being able to see, firsthand, each branch worked insanely hard this year. We have had many ups and downs, but mostly ups. I would like to congratulate our UIL journalism team for their amazing work and wins at state. No one deserves it more than you! And of course, congratulations to our Yearbook staff for producing yet another amazing yearbook! I’m so proud of every member and what they have contributed to our team.

Thank you to my leaders, Bradlee and Kami, who have nurtured and supported me through my photography journey. I have loved seeing every one of us grow from our interesting sophomore year, and I’m happy to say I think we worked out a few kinks. Thank you for your hard work on this team to make sure we have the opportunity to grow and learn. Your hard work is what truly brings our team to new levels every year. I’m so proud of you both and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you.

Thank you to my fellow photographers! I have enjoyed every moment I have spent with you all, whether it be the past four, three, two, or even one, years. I would like to thank you for your continual support of any amazing person on this team. I have loved getting to know each and every one of you as our years have progressed. I can not thank you enough for the amazing relationships I have formed with you. I will forever view this team as my second family, I love you all, and until next time, goodbye.
