FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Sunday morning in Fayetteville turned into a violent series of alleged attacks after a North Carolina man reportedly shot his girlfriend, stole her vehicle and then targeted women at two separate parking lots.
The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office said the incident began around 7 a.m. Sunday when officers responded to a reported shooting in the 700 block of Messenger Street.
When deputies arrived, they found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound. Authorities later identified her as Page’s girlfriend. She was transported to a hospital and was reported to be in stable condition.
Investigators say Page then took the woman’s vehicle and drove away, beginning what authorities described as a series of increasingly violent incidents.
Hardee’s Parking Lot Becomes Next Scene
According to Fayetteville police, Page allegedly drove the stolen vehicle to a Hardee’s in the 6300 block of Ramsey Street.
Police say he attempted to steal another woman’s car while in the restaurant’s parking lot. During the alleged confrontation, Page reportedly opened fire on the woman.
The attack did not end there.
Only minutes later, authorities say Page went to a nearby Food Lion grocery store, where he allegedly attempted another carjacking and shot another woman.
Both victims were transported to local hospitals and were listed in stable condition. Police were able to take Page into custody shortly afterward.
Food Lion Victim Was Getting Coffee Before Work
One of the victims at the Food Lion was identified by her sister as 24-year-old Izzy Dolin. Leighanna Bullard told that her sister had stopped at the grocery store to get a cup of coffee before heading to work.
According to Bullard, Page approached Dolin and demanded her vehicle.
“He said, ‘I need this car,’ and she kind of laughed it off at him at first,” Bullard said. She alleged that Page then pushed her before shooting her in the face.
The sudden attack left Dolin seriously injured, while witnesses rushed to help after Page allegedly left the scene.
Bystander Rushes to Help Injured Woman
Derrick Hicks told that he witnessed the incident and moved toward Dolin after the shooting. Hicks said he saw Page checking the injured woman’s pockets before getting back into his vehicle and leaving.
Rather than walk away, Hicks stayed with Dolin and provided aid until paramedics arrived.
“I don’t feel like a hero, just a normal person trying to help out whatever way I can,” Hicks said.
He also offered encouragement to Dolin’s family, saying, “She is a strong, young lady. She is strong.” His quick response provided assistance while emergency crews made their way to the scene.

Page Faces Multiple Serious Charges
Page now faces a lengthy list of charges connected to the alleged shooting spree.
Authorities have charged him with three counts each of first-degree attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, along with one count of robbery and one count of larceny of a motor vehicle.
The charges stem from the alleged shooting of his girlfriend and the subsequent incidents involving women at the Hardee’s and Food Lion locations.
Page remains in the Cumberland County Jail without bond. His next scheduled court appearance is September 16, when the case is expected to move forward through the legal process.
The investigation remains ongoing, and the allegations against Page have not been proven in court.
