On the evening of October 9, an elderly couple (72 year old male and 68 year old female), were kidnapped by three armed men. Taken from their home in Midlothian Texas, they were brought to an Airbnb in DeSoto, Texas. They were then tied up and demands were made to give the men their financial information.
Later, two out of three of the men left, allowing the victims to escape from their restraints and grab a knife from the kitchen. They then stabbed the remaining man in the leg and hand, leaving him intensely wounded.
The man was later identified as Noah Gulzar, a man they had known for about a year, from a business transaction. When the police arrived, Gulzar and the other kidnappers fled. The police recently found and arrested Gulzar, charging him with two counts of aggravated kidnapping with a deadly weapon. More charges are still pending for him and the other suspects.
Two out of the three kidnappers are still on the loose. Texas police are currently searching for these men, in hopes of receiving justice for the couple.
