Many students and coaches are questioning the rising amount of student-athletes quitting the sports they once loved. Jerzie Bryant (12) reflected on how this has affected both the teams themselves and the friendships involved. I’m disappointed actually, because they could’ve done a lot for us this year, Bryant said. [And] we don’t talk to them as much off the court, so the friendship may have been a little bit lost.
